Faith and Affordable Housing (FAAH) is a partnership between Burch Capital Partners, Community Economic Development Corporation, R.I.S.E. Financial Pathways, LA Metropolitan Churches/and S.O.L.O. dedicated to empowering the capacity of Faith-Based community organizations to build our community with ownership, control, and sustainability at the core. Facilitating the development of affordable housing solutions in collaboration with other financial and non-profit organizations is our strength.
Since our founding, FAAH has helped build and maintain over 1,000 affordable housing units across the country. Our impact has benefited families, individuals, and communities who now have a stable and affordable place to call home.
Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who believe in the power of affordable housing to transform lives. With decades of experience in the non-profit and housing sectors, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work.

We believe that developing affordable housing for our families, friends, and communities is a self-determinate calling we must follow. Our partnerships hold more than 100 collective years of public and private finance in housing development, and community capacity building.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home, and we work tirelessly to ensure that this basic human right is accessible to all.

Our impact speaks for itself. Since our founding, FAH has helped thousands of families and individuals find safe and affordable housing. We've partnered with dozens of non-profit organizations to build, maintain, and improve affordable housing communities across the country.
